These came out quite good-- taste very similar to regular cookies-- needed a tiny bit more salt-- also, the recipe only really makes enough for 1 dozen, which I was not expecting
* Used kellygold butter instead of palm shortening
* Next time would flatten them a tiny bit more before baking
* Might bake at a slightly lower temp for just a bit longer
